The SAB brochure is full of wonderful products you are sure to love.  By far the easiest way to enjoy all the benefits of Sale-a-Bration is to earn some FREE products AND have some fun using them!  We don't want to 'store' these exclusive items, we want to "sale-a-brate" them!  I invite you to join the Rubber Room SAB club.  Here is a basic outline for his club.  You will meet the last Monday of each month during SAB.  You will order a pre-determined bundle of products totalling $50-$55.  This will qualify you to receive one FREE Sale-a-Bration item each month.  That is a total of three FREE products.  AND one time during the three-month club, in addition to your FREE SAB item, you will receive hostess benefits. You may choose to participate in the club in a way that will best serve your needs.  How do you want to participate?

1) For $5 per month (in addition to your product purchase) you can  join "Online"~~you will place your order online using a hostess code and your purchases will come directly to you.  I will forward a step-by-step tutorial for that month's project(s) to you. 

2) For $12 per month (in addition to your product purchase) you can join "On The Go"~~you will place your order online using a hostess code and your purchase will come directly to you.  I will prepare all your materials for the project(s) and mail them to you, and I will forward a step-by-step tutorial for that month's project(s) to you.

3) For $8 per month (in addition to your product purchase) you can join "Live in the Rubber Room"~~I will place your order and keep it in the Rubber Room for you.  I will prepare all the materials you need for that month's project(s) and you will come to the Rubber Room on the last Monday of every month and enjoy some social time while you prepare your project(s).  You will use your purchased products to make your project(s) that night and then you get to take it all home with you.  If you make a minimum purchase of $15 the night of club, your fee will be reimbursed to you.  I will also provide water, coffee and a snack for club.

If you are attending club in the Rubber Room, here are the dates (you may come in the morning or evening):

March 30th
If you participate in the club "On The Go", I will be mailing your supplies the day after club meets in the Rubber Room.
If you want to participate "On Line", your tutorial will arrive in your email box the day after club meets in the Rubber Room.

In January your order will be the Butterfly Thinlits Die and Butterfly Basics Stamp Set Bundle, and the Artisan Embellishment Kit; pages 26 and 27 of the Occasions Catalog. Order total (with photopolymer stamp set) is $51.45 before tax and shipping.  We will make 3 cards and a box to store them in. You can pick any SAB item for FREE to add to your order, and you must get your order to me by midnight on January 8th, 2015

In February your order will be the Build a Bouquet Kit and Build a Bouquet Stamp Set; page 29 of the Occasions Catalog.  Order total is  $58.90 before tax and shipping.  At club we will put your Bouquet together and make one card.  You can pick any SAB item for FREE to add to your order, and you must  get your order to me by midnight on February 4th, 2015.

In March your order will be the Sophisticated Serifs Stamp Set and a package of Note Cards; page 44 of the Occasions Catalog and page 194 of the Annual Catalog.  Your order total is $51.90 before tax and shipping.  At club we will make 4 note cards and a box to store them in.  You can pick any SAB item for FREE to add to your order, and you must get your order to me by midnight March 11th, 2015.

WACKY WEDNESDAY IS COMING UP!

It is time to RSVP for Wacky Wednesday next Wednesday, June 18th from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m.  We will be making four cards, all using great items from the new Stampin' Up! KARIN'S BIRTHDAY CARD!

This is a card one of my Wacky Wednesday gals shared with me tonight.  I loved it so much, she asked if I wanted to keep it.  Of course, I jumped on that!  This card is so sparkly and the Watercolor DSP is a perfect background for it.

Thank you so very much, Karin, for sharing this with me.  I am definitely going to try the vellum strip with the dotted background stamp and some glittery-silver embossing powder!

HAPPIEST BIRTHDAY WISHES!

For some reason, I never seem to have enough birthday cards, and especially not enough masculine birthday cards. This simple card will fit that bill perfectly!

For this card I used somed Well Worn Designer Series Paper with some Very Vanilla and Early Espresso card stock. I also used the Wonderfully Worn Background Stamp; the Large Tag and Extra Large Tag Punches and the Stripes Embossing Folder for the Big Shot. I also used the Happiest Birthday Wishes, which is a hostess stamp set that can purchase when you hostess a workshop.

This is a really bright baby card made with Pacific Point and Daffodil Delight Stampin' Up! Card Stock!

We made this card in a club last week, and all the ladies loved this little "plaid" technique using the Striped Textured Impressions Embossing Folder for the Big Shot (a FREE SAB item)! We also used the Designer Frames Textured Impressions Embossing Folder for the Big Shot (another FREE SAB item) and the Button Buddies Stamp Set, Tiny Tags Stamp Set, Oval Punch, and tiny tags punch.

Here is another card from a customer. This one is from Karin, and she embossed Dasher in white, and it's just beautiful. The part with Dasher on it is the part that opens up to hold the greeting.

SEASON OF FRIENDSHIP!

This is a little gift card holder we are going to be making in my December clubs. I used the Season of Friendship Stampin' Up! stamp set so that it could be used for any winter greeting and easily adapted for any season. This would also make a great greeting card with a different card pattern.

Here is the gift card opened up. I used my Kroger card to show where the gift card would go. I used a glue dot to hold it in place. If you were going to use it for a card, I would just stamp my greeting where the gift card is.

BIGS SNOWFLAKE DIE!

Last month my "Wright Club" requested we make a card using the Snowflake Die for the Big Shot this month. I did not want to make the assumption that everyone, like me, did not yet have their Christmas cards made, so I wanted to make a card that could be used for Christmas or a winter birthday or thank you, etc... I decided to use non-traditional holiday colors and the sentiment "Let It Snow" Here is the card I came up with!

CHEERS TO YOU!

With the big sale behind us, it's time to start working on upcoming club and workshop projects. Yesterday Michelle and I were brainstorming about what to do, and she suggested a New Years card. I totally loved that idea, so I "borrowed" it from her. Here is what I came up with to use for a New Years card to make for my Wright Club this Friday night.

It really is pretty simple. I used the stamp from the Stampin' Up! Cheers to You set and added a little "champagne" color with my aqua painter. The sentiment comes from Teeny Tiny wishes. The cardstock is Basic Black and Brushed Gold and then I added a Black GrossGrain bow. Because Stampin' Up! punches are a staple for me, I used the 1 3/4" circle punch for the glasses; the big scallop punch to mat it on and the Movers and Shapers with the Curly Label punch for the sentiment.

PUNCHIE MITTENS!

Jackie Topa shared the idea to make these wonderful little mittens. If you haven't already guessed, they are made from punches. The Wide Oval Punch is the actual mitten part and the thumb is made with a heart from the Heart To Heart punch. I used the Tastefully Trim Big Shot die to make the "rick-rack" on the top part of the mittens. I wanted my strings (which I used hemp for) to be sort of squiggly, so I glued them down with my Two-Way Glue Pen. The sentiment says "Let It Snow" and is from the Stampin' Up! Punch Pals stamp set. I punched the sentiment out with the Word Window punch and mounted it onto a piece of card stock punched with the Modern Label punch. If you love your Stampin' Up! punches half as much as I do, this is the perfect card for you this winter!
