Thank you to everyone who participated in the card shower with me. It's hard to believe we started this shower a month ago. I have mailed a total of 225 cards and I have sent 150 cards to friends and family so they could use them to spread some happy and participate in the card shower with us. I won't be posting here every day with card suggestions, but I will continue to send cards and share my paper crafting passion with happy mail, and I hope you will do the same. Today I am sending Get Well cards. In addition to those suffering with Covid 19, there are many others out there sick with the flu or recovering from surgeries, and they need to know we're thinking about them.

We are almost half way through April and looking at a minimum of two more weeks of sheltering in place. Luckily I am with my son and my husband and we are using Zoom and Face Time to keep in touch with our extended family and friends. But there are many who are sheltering in place alone, and they need a little extra encouragement. Today, let's send some Hang In There cards to someone you know who is struggling.
This is the last call for the In Color Retirement Party on April 23rd at 7:00 p.m. in the Zoom Rubber Room Classroom. In addition to the retiring In Colors, I will be featuring the So Sentimental Stamp Set, Item #151691 for $22.00.
I would suggest you include other 2018-2020 In Color items, such as the 6x6 DSP, Stampin' Write Markers, Card Stock, Classic Ink Pads and Refills in your order, because once the In Color items are announced on the Retirement List (which is available April 23rd), they will quickly sell out.
You must RSVP by midnight tonight if you plan to attend. I will put card kit packets in the mail to you tomorrow. Please note card kit packets WILL NOT contain stamped images. Your packets will contain all the materials you need to make 8 cards (2 each of 4 different designs). The materials in your packets will be placed strategically inside your card base for each card. This is done so you can pull one folded card base out, open it up and all the pieces you need to make that card are inside. This will help you to easily locate what materials you need when we are in our Zoom Room creating together.

I am starting a brand new Club, called the Kolly Kit Klub. It will be three months long and will take place in April, May and June. Each month you order the monthly kit using a host code, and the kit is delivered right to your door. The kits are super simple and offer an easy, fun crafting experience. AND when you order your Kit as part of the Klub, I will email you a tutorial for four additional alternative cards you can make with the materials from your kit. Today let's let people know they are doing a good job by sending congratulations cards. Each day we all have simple accomplishments that, in the eyes of others, can be huge accomplishments. Let's congratulate our friends, neighbors, family, coworkers, etc.... on their accomplishments. Let's face it, these days, I feel I need to be congratulated just for makin' it through the day with a smile on my face.

One of the most difficult parts of "sheltering in place" is missing all my relatives. Let's take a minute (or two) today to send a card to a relative and let them know you love them and miss them.
