TWO TAGS DIE BOXES!

The Two Tags Die for the Big Shot Die Cutting Machine is so versatile! Julie Davison, another Stampin' Up! Demonstrator, inspired to me to make these cute little boxes with the Two Tags Die. I will be using some of them for door prizes next month; and I will share the St. Patrick's Day one with my demonstrator group on Wednesday!

This one I made with the Punch a Bunch FREE Sale-A-Bration set! I filled it with some little 3-Musketeers bars that matched the Melon Mambo card stock.

I used the A Flower For All Seasons stamp set on this box. This is also a FREE Sale-A-Bration stamp set choice. This one definitely gets me thinking "Spring"!

MORE OF "THAT MICHELLE'S" CARD DETAILS!

For all of you who asked about the details for this card, here you go!

First foremost, I DID NOT MAKE THIS CARD~~BUT I WISH I WERE THAT TALENTED! This is a card my very talented downline, "That Michelle" made for me. Then she gave me a little lesson on how to make the flowers.

Second of all, Michelle's inspiration for this card came from Andrea Buckland. Michelle made some changes and adjustments so that she could make the card using only Stampin' Up! products. Having said that, here is what she told me she used/did.

To get the background with her embossing folder, she brayered Rich Razzleberry Classic Ink directly onto her embossing folder; added her Whisper White card stock to the inside of the embossing folder and put it through her Big Shot. The excess ink cleans off your embossing folder with water or stamp cleaner.

For the Ovals, she used the Big Shot Scallop Oval Die, the Big shot Oval Die (has two ovals on it), the Large Oval Punch and the Scallop Oval Punch.

Hope that helps everyone!

SPRINGTIME VINTAGE DSP TISSUE BOX COVER!

Many creative demonstrators have inspired me to make this tissue box cover, and with as cold as it is here in Michigan, and all the tissue I'm going through, now seemed like the perfect time to try my hand at it. I wanted to keep the project as simple as possible, so I decided to go with some Designer Series Paper and no stamping! Here's what I came up with.

This is the inside of my box. I can just take my lid off; take out the empty box; put a new box in. I will always have a great-looking tissue holder that matches my decor!!

I also made another one with a different Designer Series Paper. You can see it ON MY FACEBOOK PAGE! Be sure to "like" my new Rubber Room Facebook Page and visit often. I will put different things on that page than you will see on my blog, so don't miss out!

JUST BELIEVE!

I am sure you have often heard me say that there are some awesome "perks" to being a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator; and there are! Two of my favorites are the monthly magazine demonstrators get that are full of creative techniques and tutorials and inspiration.... AND, of course, the group of demonstrators that I am honored enough to be able to spend time with each month.

Today, I am combining both of those perks and showing you a card that Linda made to share with all of us at our last demonstrator get together. For this card Linda used the Faux Silk Technique, which was highlighted in our January, 2011 Stampin' Success magazine. We had lots of fun with this technique, and I love her card!

Thanks so much, Linda, for sharing this with us!!

Hugs from the Rubber Room
