KERI'S ON BOARD BRIEFCASE FROM STAMPIN' UP!

This is the project Keri shared with us in June at our Stampin' Up! Demonstrator get together. I have to tell you that Keri showed us her project, and the creative energy just started! The original idea for this project came from Linda Hansen's blog, which you can find HERE. We decided we wanted our "briefcase" to open a little bigger so we could put more cards, coupons, tea bags, etc... inside it. Then we set about finding a good way to do this. We settled on adding an accordian-fold piece of cardstock to the bottom and slipping each envelope into its own accordian fold. I think it worked for us!

Keri brought all sorts of different Designer Series Paper for us to use, and these photos are what I came up with. I used the Island Oasis Designer Series Paper to cover my On Board Briefcase. The On Board Briefcase is an On Board Book that can be found in the Stampin' Up! Summer Mini Catalog. The flowers are stamped with the Tropical Party Stamp Set, also available in the Stampin' Up! Summer Mini Catalog. I added a little rhinestone brad to the center of each flower and then attached them to the front of my "Briefcase" with Stampin' Dimensionals so that they had a little "lift". Then I just tied a little bow at the top with some Whisper White Satin Ribbon.

Thanks, Keri, for providing this great project for us!
