MORE WOOD SHEETS!

I always seem to be collecting "containers" that I have every intention of "altering". But, in reality, what I really do is store them! Well, I decided to take one out and actually alter it (I know, what a concept ;o). This is what I came up with. AND it was actually very easy and quick to put together.

The see-through paint can came from Staples. I added some Autumn Traditions Designer Series Paper with More Mustard and Ruby Red cardstock. My sentiment is from the Stampin' Up! On Your Birthday stamp set, ad it is stamped in Ruby Red Classic Ink. I cut out some leaves from the Designer Series Paper and added them to the front of my can.

I cut three leaves from my Wood Sheets with my Big Shot, useing the Leaves #2 die. I simply used a sponge to sponge Always Artichoke More Mustard and Ruby Red Classic Ink onto the leave-cut Wood Sheets. I tied some raffia around the stem on the leaves and then tied them to the handle of my paint can.

You can't see the top of the paint can very well, but I just cut a circle of the DSP and then mounted it onto a larger circle of Ruby Red cardstock.

This is a great gift container, and so unique!!
