WORLD CARD MAKING DAY ALTERNATIVE FUN!

During World Card Making Day I hosted an event in the Rubber Room, and we had so much fun.  I designed alternative cards that were adorable (even if I do say so myself--and I do).

Stampin' Up! used the Handmade and Heartfelt Kit for their virtual event, and this is one of  the cards they made.

I saw all these little circles, I knew this adorable little gingerbread guy would fit perfectly inside them.  Here is the card I came up with using the Homemade Treats Bundle and the 1" Circle Punch.

COME AND PLAY DAY!

It's time for another fun RRR Come and Play Day. This is one of my favorite team perks! We are meeting in the RR on Saturday, October 25th, 2025 from noon until 5:00 p.m.

All Ramblers are invited to gather your consumables and meet me in the RR for some stamping fun. This is the day I open the Rubber Room and welcome our team members to come and enjoy some social time crafting with one another. You bring your consumables and you can use my stamps, dies, embossing folders, etc...

THE RUBBER ROOM MONTHLY CARD CLASS DETAILS ARE HERE!

Good morning, Rubber Room Stamping Friends. It's time to share the October RR monthly class. I am really excited about this one, because this is one of my favorite new bundles. I resisted it for a while, but broke down and had to treat myself. Now, I get to treat you too.

October 23rd, 2025 is the RR Monthly Card class, and this month we will be focusing on the Beautiful Pumpkin Bundle. In class you will make four cards that are timely for the end of Fall and for Thanksgiving, and they will definitely put a smile on the recipients' faces.

If you would like to "boost" your class and make 8 cards (2 each of all 4 designs), you can stamp and assemble your first cards during class, and stamp and prep your second cards, assembling them at home at your leisure. Cost for a "boosted class" is $23.

The class fee is payable with your RSVP.

HANDMADE AND HEARTFELT ALTERNATIVE!

BEFORE THE RUBBER ROOM WORLD CARD MAKING DAY EVENT!

I love hosting Rubber Room events and sharing crafting time with my friends!  Yesterday was World Card Making Day, and it was so much fun to share it in the Rubber Room.  Here is a quick video of the "before the event" studio.

My next big event will be November 15th, 2025 from 1-5.  It's going to be a fun crafternoon called That's a Wrap.  We'll be making boxes, bags and tags for all of those great holiday gifts that will need a gorgeous presentation.

FUN FOLD FRENZY

We will meet in the Rubber Room on Monday, September 29th from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. or 6 - 8 p.m. (you pick whatever time slot works best for you) for another Fun Fold Frenzy Class. This is my most popular class, and it will fill very quickly.

During this class I will share how to make a fun fold and adapt it to different stamp sets, color families and accessories. We will make three different cards (all using the same fun fold). Cost of the class is only $20.

FALL CARD FUN IN THE RUBBER ROOM!

Here is a peek at the Rubber Room September Class. We are going to use the Autumn Toile Designer Series Paper and the Amber Autumn Bundle (both parts of the Autumn Toile Suite Collection) to create these gorgeous cards.

The Rubber Room September monthly class happens on Thursday, September 25th and can be customized to fit your needs. Holiday cards are my favorite kind of cards to send, and I send a lot of them. That means, I start making them early so I am not trying to find time to make them during the busy holiday season. My first of three Holiday Stamp-a-Stack classes will happen in the Rubber Room on September 17th. We will make ten cards (2 each of 5 different designs). You can attend class from 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. or from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m.

Monday was Fun Fold Frenzy day in the Rubber Room. The morning and evening groups all had a lot fun making these fun fold cards and all the different versions. WORLD CARD MAKING DAY EVENT IN THE RUBBER ROOM!

World Card Making Day is October 4th, 2025, and I am hosting an event in the Rubber Room!

From 4:00 – 5:00 p.m. we will watch the Stampin' Up! World Card Making Day video hosted by Sara Douglas. This event will showcase the Handmade & Heartfelt Kit, which includes a stamp set, 10 cards and envelopes, a card organizer, shaped labels, twine, glitter adhesive, embellishments, and a mini ink pad. This kit will be purchased for you and is included in the cost of the RR event. It will be available for you to use on World Card Making Day so we can craft along with Sara.

There will also be snacks, table gifts, a raffle, door prizes and lots of samples with new Mini Catalog products, so be sure to bring along your camera.
