PETITE PETALS and ITTY BITTY BANNERS

This is one of the swap cards I made for our demonstrator swap.

For my card I used Razzleberry cardstock, which is one of my favorite bright colors for the summer.  I used the one inch square punch, the Petite Petals Stamp Set with the coordinating Petite Petals Punch, then used the Itty Bitty Banner Stamp Set and coordinating Framelit.  Using the great coordinating products from Stampin' Up! this card was really quick and easy to make!

This is one of the cards "That Michelle" made for our swap.  I really like the black and yellow color combination.  This is the Happy Watercolor stamp set from the Occasions Catalog.  And "That Michelle"  also used the Delicate Designs Textured Embossing Folder for the bottom trim of her card.  The embossing folder adds a very soft, elegant touch.  Thanks for sharing your creativity, Michelle.

LOVING THE SUNSHINE!

My mom and I arrived in Florida yesterday.  We spent the afternoon at the pool relaxing.  Then had some dinner with my brother and sister-in-law and sister and brother-in-law.  Today we are off to the flea market and lunch...  I am sure this week of  vacation will fly by, but I am going to soak it all in!  I will try to put some quick posts on for you to enjoy while I am away.  Have a great week.  I

STARBURST SAYINGS FOR YOUR CELEBRATION!

This is one of Nancy's swap cards, and it is so festive!  It does make me want to celebrate!!

Our demonstrator group did a swap with new stamp sets from the Occasions Catalog, and I mailed Nancy's off to her, so I cannot share what the rest of us did until Nancy gets hers.  I don't want to spoil her big surprise.  I will tell you that they were all awesome!  Nancy used the Starburst Sayings Stamp Set along with the Starburst Framelits Dies to make this card.  Her background was embossed with the FREE Decorative Dots Textured Impressions Embossing Folder.  The colors are so bright and happy.  Thanks so much, Nancy, for sharing your creativity!

SCALLOPED TAG TOPPER PUNCH RULES!

I am amazed at the versatility of this punch!  Check out this card made with the Scalloped Tag Topper Punch.

This is the card "That Michelle" shared with us at our Demo Diva Night this month.  I had no idea you would be able to use the Scalloped Tag Topper Punch to make this unique card closure.  Of course, the Watercolor Designer Series Paper adds so much softness and beauty to this creation. The sentiment comes from the Label Love Stamp Set and it is punched out with the coordinating Artisan Label Punch, which is on sale this week.   All these wonderful tools make this a very quick and easy card to make, and I will definitely be sharing it in my upcoming classes.  Thanks for sharing with us, Michelle.

DOUBLE FELT FLOWER WITH THE SPIRAL FLOWER ORIGINALS DIE!

This is what it looks like when you make two felt flowers with the Spiral Flower Originals Die for the Big Shot.  It is very full and soft.  I am going to try them in some monochromatic colors next!

SEE YA LATER AND GORGEOUS GRUNGE COLLIDE!

Gorgeous Grunge was one of those stamp sets that I was certain I did not need.  My mind was quickly changed, and I knew I NEEDED to add it to my ever-growing collection of "Must-Have" stamp sets.  I paired it with See Ya Later (one of the FREE Sale-A-Bration stamp sets) for this card.

See Ya Later was the very first Sale-A-Bration "Must-Have" stamp sets for me, and I am not regretting that decision at all.  Monday night the Rubber Room will be hosting a Sale-A-Bration Open House and Bingo Bash, and this is one of the make-and-takes we will be making.  I am very fond of this color  combination (Rich Razzleberry, Pumpkin Pie, Old Olive and So Saffron).  I used framelits to cut the oval for the sentiment and the Old Olive piece it is layered onto.  Then I sponged a little So Saffron around the edges of the oval.  I think I can safely add this to my stash of masculine birthday cards.

ROSES FOR VALENTINE'S DAY!

I had a wonderful workshop this evening, and this is one of the projects we made.

These beautiful roses were made with the Spiral Flower Originals Die (available in the Occasions Catalog) and felt.  For the white rose, I sponged the edges with Primrose Petals Classic Ink and the red rose is sponged with Cherry Cobbler Classic Ink.  I also made one where I used my "samples" and put the red one and the white one together.  I will take a photo tomorrow and share that one with you.  These were very easy and fun to make.  I love the look and may have to make lots more!

PETAL PARADE AND PERFECT PENNANTS!

Tonight was Demo Diva Night.  One of my favorite nights each month.  So much sharing and creativity and such good friends....  Here is the card Keri shared with us.

Keri used the Sale-A-Bration Petal Parade stamp set, along with the Perfect Pennants Stamp Set (available in the Occasions Catalog), some Sweet Sorbet Designer Series Paper, also FREE in the Sale-A-Bration Brochure.  The Chevron strip is from the Positively Chevron Background Stamp, the flowers were made using the Blossom Punch (available in the Stampin' Up! 2013-2014 Annual Catalog) and the Petite Petals Punch (available in the Occasions Catalog).  Then we simply accessorized with the Pearl Jewels and the Tea Lace Paper Doilies.  I love the color combination and how soft this card looks.  Thanks so much for sharing with us, Keri!
