ANOTHER RAZZLE DAZZLE!

This is another one of Keri's creations with the new Sneak Peek stamp set Razzle Dazzle. She added some words to the bottom of it, but I forgot to take another photo of it after she finished~~my bad.

Personally, I like it the way it is. I often like to leave my "sentiment area" blank so that I can quickly add a sentiment as I'm walking out the door. I have not yet figured out why I wait until the very last possible minute to grab a card, but for some strange reason I find that 99.9% of the time that's "how I roll". So, Keri's card is perfect for me just the way I "pictured" it!

RAZZLE DAZZLE!

Here is another Sneak Peek stamp set. This one is called Razzle Dazzle. Keri shared this creation with us at our demonstrator get together. This really makes me want to purchase this stamp set! I love the new In Colors she used. AND, I have to tell you ladies that this new dotted ribbon is so awesome! It comes in all of the new In Colors. There are white dots on one side of the ribbon, BUT that's not all. If you turn the ribbon over, it is solid color on the other side. This grossgrain ribbon has endless possibilities. I am sure it will quickly become one of my favorite accessories.

YIPPEE FOR ME!

I am in total shock this evening! I have well over 14,000 hits on my blog. This is absolutely amazing to me. I hope everyone that visits will take away a little piece of inspiration that helps them discover their own creativity. I love sharing the work of my customers and fellow demonstrators, and, as always, I feel very blessed to be associated with so very many talented and wonderful stampers!! Please keep visiting, and I promise to keep on posting!

Nancy made this card and she shared it with us at our monthly demonstrator get together. In addition to the new stamp set she used some of the new In Colors, Melon Mambo, Rich Razzleberry, Crushed Curry and Bermuda Bay. I am alredy loving the In Colors!

LAURA'S TRI-SHUTTER CARD!

The Tri-Shutter cards are all the rage right now. I have yet to actually try one myself, but soon! This card was made by one of my very talented customers, Laura Szablewski, and I love it! She made this one using an 8 1/2 x 11 sheet of cardstock and some designer series paper. Great job, Laura. Thanks for letting me share it on my blog!

BLOOMIN' BEAUTIFUL!

This is another UStamp project, that I convinced my friend Lisa we had to do! I am oh-so lucky because after we finished it, she is still my friend. We both agreed that it is lovely, and that we would never do it again. We stamped the image from Bloomin' Beautiful and then enlarged it on the copy machine and printed it onto cardstock. Then we began cutting certain images/flowers from the cardstock so that we could use dimensionals on them. Then we sponged everything. Then we made a little box to add to the flower pot and made another flower pot to attach to the back of the box. The box holds 4 little 3x3 note cards, which we watercolored. I love the end product and it was a great way to spend time with a dear friend!!

Many of the accessories are already unavailable, so if you haven't already done so, give the Last Chance List a look and contact me to order those things that you must have before they're gone. TOP NOTE BAG/PURSES!

These are a couple of Top Note bags/purses that my customer, Rose, shared with me. They both have small bags on the inside (sandwiched between two Top Note dies). They are so adorable I needed to share them with you. Thanks for the inspiration, Rose!

"THAT MICHELLE" IS AT IT AGAIN!

Here is another gift I received from my very talented and creative downline, Michelle! She makes the most gorgeous things with her Big Shot. For this little basket she used her Scallop Die and her Daisies #2 Die. I had to take a picture of the handle to share with you, because it is adorable. She added a Kiwi Kiss cordurouy button and some Kiwi Kiss Print Patterns Paper. I must admit, however, that Michelle gave this little basket/box to me with some chocolate in it. I know for certain now that there is definitely a mouse (or two) in the Rubber Room, because the chocolate quickly, quickly disappeared (and I am not taking the blame for it~~although, I certainly should be a big enough person to take responsibility for my actions.....)

TEA PARTY DESIGNER SERIES PAPER!

This is just one more idea of how to make the most of Stampin' Up's! wonderful Designer Series Paper! I simply cut out the flower image that was printed on the DSP, added some ribbon and a sentiment. This was so very easy to make that it became a shoe-in for inclusion in the Stamp-a-Stack class this month. If you'd like to join the SAS fun, click HERE and visit my calendar for class details.

MORE WILD ABOUT YOU!

I have managed to squeak in one more card with Wild About You to share at my classes this month before it retires! With the darker colors on this card and the alligator stamp, I think it's going to make a great guy card. So, my nephew will get this one for his upcoming birthday! This card is one we will be making at my Stamp-a-Stack later this month, which means you'll get to make two of it! Click HERE to visit my calendar for all the SAS details!

WILD ABOUT YOU!

Retiring stamp set time is always a very sad time for me. I develop so many "favorites" and then I hate saying goodbye to them. Wild About You is definitely one of those retiring stamp sets that I will surely miss a lot! You know that print pattern paper that is a level one hostess set? Well, that is what I used on this card. The DSP really perked it up and gave my little miss ellie lots of personality! This is a card that we will be making at the upcoming Birthday Bash. There's still time to join the fun. Click HERE for all the details!

BIRTHDAY GIRAFFE!

Heather Summers is a demonstrator friend of mine that offers Punch classes, and I have taken a couple that I truly enjoyed. She is very talented, helpful and creative. SO, when my gals wanted to focus on punches at club this month, I had to seek out my file and see what I HAD to share with them. The giraffe idea came directly from Heather, but I made a card out of it (she made a lovely little gift box). In addition to all the great punches (can you believe the head is actually made with the heart punch~~that one blew me away ;o), I am thrilled to share the ribbon fraying technique with my club. I really like the way this technique adds so much to a card, but I rarely use it. Perhaps this will inspire me to jump on the fraying train and do it way more often!

WHAT A BEE-A-U-TEE!!

Is she awesome or what? I saw some of these "punched up gals" on the web, and knew I had to re-create them. How fun to use for party invites, birthday cards, etc... The "Wright Club" this month wanted to do punches, so this is one of the little goodies we'll be making. I put her on the top of a matchbox, that I made with the Big Shot Matchbox Die and then put tarts~~oops, sweet-tarts inside!

SEEING DOUBLE?

I posted this Graduation card that we made at my Friday club last week, and I know you were all totally awed by its beauty! I always prepare a few extra card kits (just in case), and I knew I would not be needing any more graduation cards, so I used the same materials, switched the graduation cap for a birthday hat, put the "celebrate" stamp on the outside instead of the inside and turned it into a birthday card. So, for all of you reading this that always say you have to copy everything, I urge you to venture just a little bit off the track and come up with something that's the same, but different!

ANOTHER BIG BIRTHDAY CANDLE!

I think this card is just plain happy! I used a Happy Birthday Cuttlebug folder and a Dotted Cuttlebug folder, along with the big circle and scalloped circle Big Shot dies. Then I added some punches and Big Birthday Candles to add a bright and happy feeling. I can't think of anyone who could receive this card and not smile. That, my friend, makes it the perfect birthday card! Want to make two of them? Well, if you join us for my SAS class this month, you can! Click HERE for all the class details and sign up today!

I love Stampin' Up! Designer Series Paper, and it makes creating a card as quick as a breeze! This card we'll be making at the June Stamp-A-Stack, and you can find all the details HERE. I used some Baja Breeze, Whisper White and Basic Gray cardstock and some gray taffeta ribbon, along with the Pocket Silhouettes stamp set and Baja Breeze ink. LITTLE BLACK DRESS!

Who doesn't need atleast one little black dress? I love this pattern for making a dress with the Scallop Circle Die; how clever! I accessorized this dress with some gingham ribbon, a flower from the Pretties Kit and a clear rhinestone brad from the Pretties Kit. I used just a bit of Real Red Pattern Paper to add some texture to the card. We'll be making this card at the Triple Play Club in June!

ON YOUR BIRTHDAY!

Okay, this is a really bright color combination that truly catches your eye! I used the Eastern Blooms stamp set along with the words from On Your Birthday to stamp this card. I love the color combination with the Kiwi Kiss, Tangerine Tango and Pink Passion. Bright to me simply shouts FUN! We'll be having fun making this card at the Birthday Bash class on June 22. You can find all the class details HERE. Please RSVP and join the fun!

BIG BIRTHDAY CANDLE!

I am not quite ready to say goodbye to the beautiful DSP that was part of Sale-A-Bration this year, so I'm going to be making this card in my Friday hostess club this week. The coordinating Designer Series Paper makes this card a breeze to put together!

Hugs from the Rubber Room
